With an increase in business, Expert Audio Visual requires a professional full time account manager to ensure our clients receive high quality service and attention from the begining to the end.
Your Role
To ensure a high quality experience, you will be involved with the clients by:
- Attending site visits and answering calls
- Arranging quotes and floor plans
- Assist in preparing, setting up, operating and packing down of equipment.
- Produce invoices and followup after events
- Assisting venue managers when required
Your requirements
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- 2 years experience in hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Current-RMS software
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Able to working individually and part of a team
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Must have a drivers licence
