Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota Dealer, we currently have an opportunity available for an experienced full time Photographer Online Used Vehicle as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, results driven person to join our Wholesale Department at our Albion Dealership.

Working closely with the Wholesale Sales Team and reporting directly to the Group Wholesale Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Photographing used vehicles in a timely and professional manner ensuring each vehicle has at least 20 images.
• Writing individual comments for each vehicle highlighting special features.
• Uploading vehicles to relevant websites twice a day.
• Liaising with online suppliers (e.g. Carsales.com.au) when a problem occurs to ensures it is rectified as soon as possible.
• Keeping the Used Car Manager fully aware of any issues at any stage.
• Preparing monthly reports and analysing sales figures, lead numbers and highlighting any trends.
• Documenting procedures so as to facilitate a relief person to ensure continuity of responsibilities where necessary.

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with dealership management and the sales team
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience with online marketing tools, photography and sales report writing
• Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
• Intermediate PC skills is highly desirable.

This full-time position will require the successful person to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 am until 5.00 pm.
