About the Role
We are currently looking for an innovative and hands-on print production coordinator to support the successful delivery of our poster production and creative campaigns. You will be delivering cutting-edge outdoor media solutions to our clients by driving all facets of production, printing, development, cost management and quality assurance. You will be responsible for accurately updating & maintaining our database and also developing strong, collaborative relationships with key advertisers, agencies, partners, suppliers and contractors.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 years experience in a production environment, as well as:
- Knowledge of printing techniques including digital & screen
- Project management skills to successfully deliver solutions on time and on budget
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Advanced Numeracy skills as they will be giving quotes and numbers to clients.
- Problem solving skills,
- Ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels and manage requirements within tight timeframes
Of critical importance is your ability to think laterally, analyse situations and come up with constructive solutions to any challenges that may arise.
