My Melbourne based client require a Perth based Support engineer to support a key area of business. The role can be done nearly 100% remote however you must have access to transport and be commutable to Perth CBD for emergency purposes.
The role will be the late shift (10:30am - 7pm) and will involve be a Saturday shift with a day off during the week (Ideally Wednesday.)
Key Skills
- Experience in Level 1 and 2 technical support
- Strong face-to-face and phone support
- Windows Server, desktop support, Operating System support
- Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Antivirus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Very good communications and ability to client face
- Experience working in an MSP or Vendor setup preferred
