This is a unique opportunity to join the Digital team based in Melbourne. Reporting to Digital Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and leading delivery working closely with stakeholders across the business, including product, design, marketing, delivery teams and other platform teams. This is your chance to lead a cross functional squad to deliver exceptional outcomes on our Origin Energy Digital Platform with a focus to improve the customer experience.
Is This You?
You'll need to be adaptive, excellent communicator with ability to work on complex issues. You would also have relevant industry experience in developing responsive web applications.
You're experienced in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Fluency in ES6/ES7
- Strong experience in front end frameworks preferably React alternatively Angular, VueJS
- Excellent knowledge of common front-end development tools such as Webpack, GruntJS, GulpJS and NPM
- Excellent knowledge of testing solutions e.g. Geb, Spock, Groovy, Karma, Mocha + Chai, Jasmine, Protractor / WebDriver, Nightwatch, Postman
- Working knowledge of distributed version control, e.g. Git
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and a working knowledge of JSON, as well as experience integrating RESTful APIs into web-based products
- Experience partnering with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other platform teams
- Ability to learn, proactively seek and apply new knowledge and skills to stay ahead of emerging technologies
- Exposure to experimental driven development, familiarity with the concepts of analytics, test and target, personalized and marketing technologies
