About the Role
We are seeking a PMO to augment our Legal client’s project. Based on our client’s site in Macquaire Park you’ll be supporting project managers in the end to end management of projects to agreed time, quality, and budget requirements
This will include;
Maintain end to end project plans that deliver the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria as directed by a Programme or Project Manager
Provide timely, precise, accurate and comprehensive project reports and/ or dashboards as directed by a Programme or Project Manager
Maintain risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies logs through the full project lifecycle. Obtain mitigation plans for all risks and issues from designated mitigation owners, and monitor that these mitigation plans are executed, or escalates as appropriate to the Programme or Project Manager
Maintain project change logs in line with HSF standards,
Monitor project financials (forecasts vs actuals) by engaging project teams and Business Services Finance and produces project financial reports as directed by a Programme or Project Manager.
Supports the Project Manager to ensure all operational readiness activities are undertaken in line with HSF standards, and that appropriate training and handover takes place ahead of implementation
Supports the Project Manager to conduct a post implementation review and capture lessons learned with the view of sharing these lessons learnt with the rest of the project management community
Adopts the firm’s project delivery framework and maintains project repositories including project data rooms and project workspaces as directed by a Programme or Project Manager.
Collaborates with programme managers, project managers and work stream leads to achieve the project objectives according to scope, time, cost and quality expectations.
Participates in team meetings and reports on status when the Project Manager is unable to attend.

Skills & Experience
To successfully deliver this project you will need:
- University degree qualified.
- Ideally have 3-5 years of project support experience, preferably gained in a professional services environment
- Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate to all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Experienced in working cross team/cross functionally and cross border.
- Proactive, self-starting approach to work. Ability to 'think outside the box'
- Experience in MS Project; Excel (Advanced); JIRA; Confluence and SharePoint would be a plus.
- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
