PM-Partners group are looking for a Project manager to work on a customer engagement/ contact centre optimisation project. 

To be successful in this role, and contribute to the Project's success, you will need the following core skills:

• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
• Experience working on a customer engagement/contact centre project would be highly beneficial
• Experience in the execution of simultaneous multiple  projects
• Experience in leading, mentoring and coaching multi-discipline, high-performance teams
• Ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline critical situations
