About the Role

We are seeking a Citrix Engineer working alongside a well-known government organisation. it is a 3-6 month contract located in Melbourne.
 

Duties

• Provide day to day BAU support and Health checks for all Citrix Infrastructure including Store Front, Desktop Director Server, Delivery controllers
• Ensure all currently deployed applications are running efficiently.
• Manager Citrix UPM and Manage SSL Certs
• Provide support for Citrix Print Services
• Manage the update of ICA clients to PV workstation fleet
• Ensure that monitoring is setup and configured correctly

 
Skills & Experience

To successfully deliver this project  

• Experience designing, implementing and configuring Xen App and Xen Desktop server environment
• Experience building, configuring and maintaining delivery controllers, storefront servers, provisioning servers and Desktop Director Servers,
• Experience managing and updating PVS and MCS environments
• Complete the implementation of Citrix DR solution into our cloud provider Azure
• Experience configuring NetScaler both physical and virtual
• Experience configuring Dell Blades
• Experience VMware ESX server ver 5.x and above
• Experience configuring and deploying applications via Xen Desktop and Xen App
• Experience with Hyper converged infrastructure preferably Nutanix
• Experience with Citrix Unidesk or VMware App Volumes or similar virtual application deployment technology
• Experience with a centralised profile manager such as WEM or similar technology for centrally managed profiles
• Experience with thin clients Dell and or HP
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Ability to write Design’s and associated infrastructure documentation
• Experience with MFA both building servers and migration
