This really is a great opportunity for an Team Leader to manage, coach and develop a small team of Engineers. We’re seeking someone that loves what they do, care about their customers and have a passion for best possible outcomes.
Within this role you’ll also hold responsibility for the design, integration and management of communications solutions. You’ll workshop and design customer solutions with emphasis on IP Communications technologies including routing, switching, security, wireless, data centre and WAN.
Along with your proven leadership skills, we’d love to see your strong network integration experience, with an in-depth understanding of the issues surrounding enterprise network integration projects. You’ll bring practical experience in the design, development and implementation of geographically spread multi-site rollouts of Cisco networking solutions. You may also have the ability to diagnose network connectivity issues through the use of analytical tools.
We’d like your strengths to include:
- Strong team leadership and people development
- Strong knowledge of technical and design considerations of firewall products, including Cisco ASA, Firewall Service Module and IDS/IPS products and solutions
- Strong knowledge of technical and design considerations of wireless products, including Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points
- Strong technical knowledge with solid deployment experience using BGP, MPLS and QoS.
- Ability to install and configure hardware/software in accordance with designs
