We are seeking to engage a Business Analyst with several years’ experience in IT software projects to work to provide analysis and design of business requirements, processes, and practices to support bespoke, off-the-shelf, and cloud-based business solutions!!

You must be an Australian Citizen with minimum NV1 security clearance to be considered for this position.

Essential competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality written documentation for technical, project and staff development including use cases; functional requirement specifications; data dictionaries; and data flow diagrams
• Ability to adhere to agreed standards and better practice frameworks for system development life cycle management, architecture and design, project management, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurately written documentation for a non-technical audience including: business process maps; user stories and logical data models/entity relationship models
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to develop quality specifications for complex ICT systems like bespoke, off-the-shelf, and cloud-based software business solutions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business solutions within agreed time, cost, and quality expectations

Desirable competencies:

• Experience working with groups and in workshop environments to produce high quality outcomes
• Experience with Unified Modelling Language (UML); Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN); Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for requirements documentation and business review and Vision
• Extensive understanding of ICT concepts with agile application development teams
