We are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join our IT team based at our Headquarters in Melbourne CBD. RACV is a large organisation with very high employee engagement therefore, we need to ensure the successful operation, maintenance and management of our systems.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Service Desk Team Leader is the 1st point of contact across all areas of the RACV business for major issues. You will provide support through rapid response to user difficulties and timely solutions to the satisfaction of the user. This role is crucial to ensuring user requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritising, escalating and resolving incidents and requests.

You will be a central contact for RACV staff during busy peak periods taking calls and solving issues on the spot. You will oversee all day-to day Service Desk activities, act as a point of escalation for ICT customers ensuring incidents are logged and actioned via our management system.

The successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge with an ability to lead a team that is service focused. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, has an eye for details and can work within tight timeframes in a high-pressure environment.
