  • Design, Build, Collaborate on Robotics and AI projects
  • Certified Blue Prism Capability, Delivery and Training Partner
  • Flexible central Melbourne and Sydney locations

System Engineers work with our clients to educate them on best practice approaches to implementing enterprise-strength platforms to underpin their robotic process automation projects. These solutions may be deployed on-premises, in the cloud (typically AWS or Azure), as a hybrid or using Reveal’s managed services.

Typically, these engagements commence with a Proof of Concept / Proof of Technology pilot and then move into a formal design phase. We work closely with the client’s IT team and their IT outsource team (where applicable), liaising extensively between various IT stakeholders across strategy, infrastructure, security, risk, service desk and robotics Centre of Excellence.

The role combines advocacy of best practice with hands-on software installation, support and troubleshooting. Successful candidates will be ambitious, motivated, self-reliant, able to problem solve and have a passion for quickly helping our clients, enjoy working with people and have no fear of being challenged professionally.
