This fast paced dynamic medium size Tier 2 Systems Integrator is looking for a mid level systems engineer to support both the internal IT along with a few key outsourced customers. Based out of Macquarie park , some of these key clients will be CBD based in which you have the flexibility to work between head office and customer sites.
The company has a successful team and fantastic culture and looking for someone with the same can do attitude.
Below are some of the key Competencies.- Minimum of 4 years IT experience. Sys Admin or Engineer.
- Ability to prioritise and understand service level urgency, severity and impact (Service Level Management)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Provide phone, remote and onsite remediation and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Experience and exposure in technologies such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Server Products, O365 and Azure, Citrix, Cisco (Networking)
- Vmware, IBM Hardware and Storage, HP hardware and Storage, IBM Software (TSM) and Netapp
- Ideally outsource experience would be an advantage in this role.
- Break fix/trouble shooting activities for the supported environment
- Provide 2nd / 3rd Level Infrastructure operational support.
- Some Industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, NetApp, Cisco, HP)
- Tertiary qualifications
- Advanced Industry based certifications
- ITIL certification
