Our client is currently looking for a Transition Executive to join their dynamic team and represents the Global Transition and Transformation Group on bid pursuits and proposal development for both new business and account expansions. You will be an experienced delivery, solution, services and people manager who is capable of applying their Project Management experience as necessary. This is a key and senior position with leading Australia customers, operating within the Global Transition and Transformation Group. You will also represent global and regional transition organizations in all phases of the new business process. Reviews client requests for proposals (RFPs) and supports the solution executive and the solution managers in creating the transition strategy.
Essential skills and experience requirements:
- 15+ years of related IT experience
- 10+ years of successful project/program management
- Start-up experience in Transition management or as a Service Delivery Manager, Account Executive, or Account Program Management Office Director
- Experience in integration, development, and deployment of large scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor information systems
- Exposure / experience working on projects with current / new technologies – including Cloud – Azure, AWS; Office 365; Windows 10; Skype for business; VMware – mobility, desktop; Application integration.
- Business development and proposal presentation experience – shaping value propositions with clients, crafting solutions, driving proposals
- Demonstrated understanding of the commercial outsourcing business
- Managing and leading in a highly-matrixed organization
