• Provide expert technical advice on the establishment and maintenance of a robust and scalable ICT architecture that will assist ICT strategies, products and enhancements
• Review existing code, write new code and provide direction to a group of developers.
• Provide timely and effective solution design and implementation services including expert technical advice on complex matters relating to the desktop & server environment, network topology and ICT infrastructure
• Provide expert technical expertise during project phases, and assist with project related implementation documentation tasks;
• Provide architecture review, advice and documentation to Project Managers and BAU teams;
• Other tasks may be required from time to time.

The Requirements:

• Strong SQL Server experience and hands-on experience minimum 10 years’ experience.
• Strong .NET experience must be full stack and hands-on minimum 10 years’ experience.
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organisation strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy
• Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products within the SQL and .Net platforms, particularly database designs, data management, document management, collaboration, content management, web designs and security management
• Demonstrated experience in undertaking complex ICT projects and providing ICT solution design services that align with organisational objectives and business requirements
• Digital Agency Experience
• Strong enterprise application development background within a corporate environment
• Strong leadership experience in designing and developing enterprise application architecture, particularly web applications.
• Exposure to MS Dynamics, SharePoint, MuleSoft and BizTalk
• Experience in developing middleware applications
• Having worked in complex enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated high level analytical and written skills and the ability to make evidence-based recommendations
• Experience with technical solution integration designs
• Ability to communicate and direct technical resources as to the detail solution designs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with Board level stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong critical thinker with a problem-solving aptitude
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA)
• Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc
• Ideally formal qualification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF) or formal qualifications in technology
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
• There is a requirement for ad-hoc, after-hours and weekend work
