• Perform continuous reviews to align processes (i.e. models, goals, and expectations) with changing business conditions for a given business process or functional area
• Provide data expertise in various aspects of the project lifecycle
• Educate process stakeholders on how to identify and solve process challenges through the simulation of different scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques
• Work with the stakeholder to define the business value for new projects and present ideas to Senior Leadership
• Suggest process flow, personnel resource, policy, goal and rule changes along with metrics to measure the impact of those changes
• Contribute projects to the overall CIO roadmap for Engility
• Work with the business process architect, process owner, executive sponsor, business subject matter experts and others as necessary to determine the future state of a specific business process
• Understand at a high level how implemented applications support business processes under consideration for change
• Collecting, analyze, document and communicate business needs and requirements.
• Work with internal IT organization to translate business requirements into design requirements via use cases or other techniques as appropriate
• Help identify enhancements to existing tools and identify the need for new tools when applicable
• Perform data and systems analysis using SQL tools
• Assist with testing and change management

• Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance. US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with process modelling, analysis and simulation tools
• Experience working on projects using a variety of process redesign methods (such as business process re-engineering, value chain analysis, Lean Six Sigma or total quality management)
• Track record of working on projects that delivered for different types of business For example value: revenue growth, customer satisfaction, process efficiency or cost reduction
• Experience implementing or support Proposal Management Software such as Virtual Proposal Center
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative distributed environment
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Passionate about high-quality customer service

• CRM implementation experience
• Experience working with Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle Siebel, or Sage CRM's
• Experience working with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and/or Hyland OnBase is a plus
• Data Warehousing experience is a plus
