  • * CRM Project experience - ideally Salesforce or similar
  • *Good all round generalist across ERP, CRM, and Data Warehousing
  • *6mnths + contract - CBD
The Technical Lead is a critical role in the delivery of this major Salesforce build and implementation initiative. Reporting to the Program Manager and working closely with technical delivery managers, business analysts, team  leads, vendors, the infrastructure team and developers,  the Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the build is progressing to design and, where relevant, resolving design issues and creating solution designs at a detailed technical level.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end solution design
  • Identify design issues throughout the delivery phase
  • Respond to emerging requirements from iterations and sprints
  • Conduct impact gap analysis, solution design , estimation, risk assessments
  • Work closely with our systems integrator for the Salesforce delivery stream
  • Establish and run a design authority and technical working groups as required
  • Manage the escalation and resolution of issues
  • Maintain design documentation
Skills and Experience
  • Strong background in solution design, coding, integration and experience in enterprise applications as a solution designer or solution architect
  • Previous experience with complex projects involving one or more of the following technologies: Salesforce, hybrid integration platforms, data warehouse, payments gateways, web portal technologies, mobile, identity and access management
  • Effective communication skills, both oral & written with both technical and non-technical client
  • Ability to work independently & within a team environment
  • Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem solving, prioritization and analytical skill
  • Proven ability to respond within short time to constraints and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy. Strong organization and prioritization skills relating to managing multiple project
  • Must be able to work closely and independently with application teams and business clients throughout the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
