My client is a fast growing, ASX-listed company and is the largest outsourced fund administration company in Australia. It is an exciting time to join this financial services organisation as they have significantly increased their market share and have tripled in headcount through acquisitions & growth.
As result of growth, they are looking for a senior Technical Analyst & Acurity subject matter expert to act as a 2IC to lead a team of junior Acurity resources, whilst remaining hands-on. They will be responsible for completing technical analysis & development requires on systems and with users. They are flexible with the location of this resource as they have a few sites throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing support for the Acurity application in detail. This will entail analysing systems & data, diagnosing issues, documentation changes and more.
- Working with multiple stakeholders such as business analysts & end -users to ensure effective system use and useability.
- Mixture of business as usual and project work, including vendor management and release management.
- Providing Acurity training to junior resources within the team.
- Implementing new Acurity configurations for transition of their clients on to Acurity systems.
Desired Requirements:
- 5 years+ Acurity power user experience with strong analysis, design, testing and implementations of business systems in a high paced environment.
- Prior experience in superannuation/ financial services
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle process
- Strong technical analysis & stakeholder management skills.
