Our client requires a senior functional consultant for the implementation of Dynamics 365 across multiple businesses. The candidate will focus within the Sales, Service and Marketing stream. This role requires a Dynamics AX expert with extensive hands on experience.
 
Responsibilities 
● Lead the design, configuration and testing of Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail and Sales and Marketing modules
● Work to enable optimal business processes using Dynamics AX
● Identify system gaps, complete Joint Application Design workshops and prepare functional design documentation.
● Work with key stakeholders to deliver key business objectives
● Assist the Data Migration team with Dynamics AX data structure queries
● Assist with Data Integration design and testing between Dynamics AX and external systems.
● Define report designs.
● Train subject matter experts to complete end-to-end testing and to ultimately take over use of the system post go live.
 
EXPERIENCE
● A minimum of 5 years experience as an ERP implementation consultant
● A minimum of 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX retail and sales modules.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting within at least two modules
● Previous experience in an ERP project team
● Demonstrated ability to work in multiple projects
● Business Analysis skills
● Strong people management skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to express understand technical concepts and communicate them simply
 
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
● Business or Technology Tertiary Studies
● Certification in at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules
