Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work across multiple streams of work. Ultimately you will possess strong capability in gathering business requirements, user journey mapping and user story definition, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
You will also have experience in re-engineering a business process and also have developed service delivery models.
This is an initial 3 month/fixed term contract based in Melbourne CBD.
Skills & experience:
- Business Analysis and/or Project Management certification or relevant practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in business process review, business requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience in developing service delivery models
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change management
- Experience in configuring corporate systems and developing specifications for custom reports
- Experience in presenting briefing and training sessions
- High computing proficiency
- Experience in the operation of computer based systems
- Experience in user support, training materials development, testing and conducting training
- Experience working in IT system development organisations
- Experience in CRM would be advantageous
