Our client and role

We have been engaged by our client to provide multiple  Desktop Deployment Engineer for an Win10 migration project to commence over the coming weeks. Shift patterns vary, with solid experience packaging in SCCM highly regarded. You will also be required to provide floorwalking support to users, so will be required to have a strong service delivery background, being able to confidently support users face to face with IT issues, post-deployment. 

Key skills required include:

• Commercial background as a Desktop Engineer supporting level 1-2 queries face to face to users.
• Experience with face to face user support/floor walking.
• Commercial experience building and deploying machines using SCCM.
• Experience administering Active Directory accounts, including support, set up and maintenance. 
• A background in setting up printers, tech general support. 
• Customer focused, be able to engage with users, support them and provide a high level service.
• Motivated, work to deadlines and as part of a team.
• Outstanding communication skills.
