Our client is one of Australia's leading Services company.
They are looking for a Change Manager to take over work on a transformation project within their Insurance business line. The project has been underway for over 1 year, but the current resource is leaving to pursue other opportunities. They need someone who can hit the ground running to take over the implementation and embedding of change within the Claims team.
Ideally they need someone who has experience working with and influencing leadership. As they are going through quite a significant structural and cultural change in this area, some expertise in coaching leaders would be helpful.
We need someone with the confidence to hit the ground running, and to be very involved and hands on in the change implementation process, ideally with the following areas of expertise:
- Change management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Knowledge of the factors that influence cultural change
- Organisational development
- Learning and development
- Employee relations (high level)
- Employee communication design & delivery
- Solid report writing skills – suitable for executive audience
- Ideally - experience with project management to ensure things are ‘ticking over’ as needed
