The Company
Chandler Macleod has partnered with a leading Education Provider to engage a Business Analyst to be part of a team responsible for the delivery of Information Technology projects that supports the institution’s strategic priorities.
The Role
The Business Analyst will understand the business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its’ goals. You will be part of a small cross functional project team and may work across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Working across a variety of Clients as you assist them to adopt new technologies, business processes and solutions
- Assess impacts, identify issues and plan changes required for the successful adoption of new solutions
- Working closely with and providing advice to project managers regarding the impact of change on the organisation community that will include identifying user roles involved in any new or amended business processes, and develop transition plans to incorporate training and change management in these areas.
- Providing guidance and direction to operational staff who may be delivering change and communication activities
Experience / Skills
- PeopleSoft, Oracle CX CRM, CMS, Microsoft Azure solutions, and SaaS implementations
- Demonstrated experience in designing business systems modules and processes within student administration, financial management
- Education Industry experience
