Job role summary
 Our client is embarking on the implementation of an enterprise workflow system with the selection of K2Cloud. At this stage the high level business process design work has been completed and we are seeking an experienced individual to be the E2E Solution Lead to undertake the following: 

• Technical lead role to deliver high level and detailed design to support the build process:
  • o Azure cloud infrastructure (K2 Cloud, SQL PaaS)
  • o Identity and access management (Azure AD)
  • o Content Management and Extranet (SharePoint Online)
  • o Mobility (InTune)
  • o Integration (Data and System integration)
• Act as a technical escalation during build, unit and user acceptance testing and go live.
• Provide solution assurance and technical mentorship during build, pilot and production deployment
• Drive for tangible and measurable results, such as higher efficiency and faster delivery of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Play an active role in the Scentre Group virtual architecture team, contribute to solution assets and standards, take part in Scentre Architect forum (quarterly) and solution assurance group.

 Experience
  

• Design solutions that take into account the broader enterprise architecture and that resolve complex issues, are based upon sound systems analysis, and meet both near term business objectives and anticipated future needs.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills.
• Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A broad knowledge of IT and business standards, methodologies, best practices surrounding ITIL, SDLC, Agile or general Prince2 or PMP methodologies.
• Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
• Translates non-functional and functional requirements into design, within enterprise context.
• Scope change requests and technical solutions and drive solution delivery by working closely with technical staff and subject matter experts.

  
Stakeholder management
  

• Work collaboratively with stakeholder groups and service providers to support adoption of, and benefits realisation for, new information systems and solutions.
• Must be a team player with experience leading and collaborating cross functional team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to present to and communicate at all levels of the business.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals.

  
Technical experience
  
Experience with the following services and platforms is an advantage:
  

• K2 Blackpearl or Cloud
• SharePoint Online and Office 365
• AD, ADFS, Azure AD and Azure AD B2B
• MDM technologies, ideally InTune
• Application and Data Integration methodologies, frameworks and technologies
• Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence methodologies, frameworks and technologies
• Development background preferably .NET
• Cyber Security (Real Time Monitoring, Threat detection)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
