RECORDS MANAGER / HPE ADMINISTRATOR

LONG TERM CONTRACT BASED IN CANBERRA
6-12 months contract for a Records Manager with administrator knowledge and experience of HPE Content Manager (CM9).
This role will start ASAP and will :-
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Arc (HPE CM9) system administration and support;
- Provide end user issues resolution;
- Assist in the representation of BAU requirements and project work including the delivery of a compliant record management system
- Contribute in the delivery of EDRMS and recordkeeping education, advice, support and training; and
- Monitor data quality in the departments Electronic Document and Records Management System and provide quality assurance.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and maintaining records in EDRMS.
Take a leading role in promoting and maintaining best practice records management to support the work of the Department.
Demonstrated strong organisation and problem resolution skills, and ability to achieve results in an environment with changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence; and ability to build and sustain positive and productive relationships with team members and customers.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a wide range of recordkeeping activities, processes and tasks.
Personal drive and integrity – a demonstrated ability to take personal responsibility for accurate completion of work, seeking guidance when required, and to operate within the boundaries of organisational processes and legal and public policy constraints. Applicants must be able to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders, be an effective team player and make positive contributions.
Selection Criteria
- Strong Administrator experience within HPE CM9 and a well-developed understanding of records management functions;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legislative issues and records management processes and procedures;
- Manage and provide high quality and reliable HPE CM9 admin, development and implementation guidance, advice and services;
- Demonstrated experience in resolving issues of EDRMS technical and user issues;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
