Our Client, a Managed Services Provider seeks a Level 2 Support Technician with Network Admin experience to join their tight knit and highly collaborative Richmond based team. 

Due to some major growth in the business we seek a motivated individual who enjoys both remote on onsite work, leveraging your technical background and Client Facing skills.

In this role you will be building and maintaining existing Clients systems, helping Clients migrate from on-premise to AWS and Azure cloud environments.
  
As your position will be a mixture of remote and on-site work you will be required to have a valid drivers licence and your own car. Expenses such as travel, paring, toll etc will be reimbursed by the business.
  
Experience
Ideally, you will have 3+ year’s work experience in a similar position.

Essential Technical Requirements: 
* A working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
* MS Exchange (All Versions), Office 365
* Active Directory administration skills
* Microsoft Azure platform
* Windows OS (All Versions), Microsoft Office Suite (All Versions)
* Firewall (ideally Sonicwall), router and general network knowledge
  
Essential Skills:
* Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
* Ideally field experience and client facing history
* Solid work ethic and the desire to learn and develop
  
The Role
* Installing, supporting and maintaining desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
* Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure
* Remote and Onsite support
* Identifying appropriate components, hardware and software to be recommended to the client
* Support & maintaining the data-centre setup for hosting client infrastructure
