AEM Back End Developer

This role will work closely with a passionate team of developers, UX'ers and digital marketers who are driving the evolution of the company's digital interfaces.  

You will be responsible for back end development of the digital CMS, manage the design of customized best practice CMS (AEM) templates, components and workflows.  The rapid & precise conceptualization & implementation plus the project will provide an array of challenges, interest and most of all - job satisfaction.

You: 

• Commercial experience in digital / web;
• Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems; 
• High consideration given to candidates who have AdobeEM Experience;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence other;
• Expert experience in back-end development. Expert knowledge of Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, Dispatcher configurations 
• Experience in front-end web development HTML5, CSS3 (BEM) / SASS, JavaScript / jQuery; JSON & AngularJS;
• Git Version Control experience;
• Experience in Agile delivery, development and operational processes and tools;
• Experience working with deadlines and managing your own activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the front-end designs are developed and integrated with the web content management system;
• Developing CMS templates and components;
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to discuss progress of projects and implement solutions;
• Identify process/platform improvements; 
• Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation;
• Ensure new digital projects meet requirements;
• Work pro-actively and respectfully with our team of developers, UX advisors and designers in a fun, creative environment;
• Work on websites using the latest back-end functions and technology;
• Develop responsive websites and products that are award worthy;
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously.
