Strong skill set and experience is required to provide varying solutions to our large customer base across numerous market segments. Right now were looking for a desktop and systems support engineer to join our team.
 

Day to day responsibilities may include you to:

  • Manage work queues through the Helpdesk both remote and on clients sites.
  • Review, mediate and reporting on daily system checks.
  • Installation and support of Windows OS and servers.
  • Troubleshooting Windows server, network and desktop issues.
  • Managing day to day requirements within customer’s environments.
  • Installation, upgrades and maintenance of Windows servers.
  • Contribute to and update technical documentation.
  • Engage positively with the team and clients.


You will have:

  • You will have come from a Microsoft environment with previous support experience including exchange server.
  • You will have a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar support role.
  • Experience supporting a Windows network environments, Exchange and Office 365
  • Dedication to continuous self-improvement and training.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Australian citizenship
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft/Industry accredited certifications would be a plus!
  • Experience working with 3CX VoIP solutions would also be a bonus
