The role is required to provide a customer first approach to the delivery of end user service solutions and process automation. The incumbent will work closely with the ICT Operations Team Leader and other key stakeholders to streamline ICT services. This position will also develop and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services to reduce the impact of unplanned outages.
The main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Provide technical advice, and leadership to customers on products, systems and configuration.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support.
- Promote and ensure the use of best practice methods, tools and reference material to drive efficiency, maintain IT security and consistency within the team.
- Develop, review and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages.
To be considered for this position, you will have the following;
- Virtual Infrastructure (VMWare)
- Administration of Cisco Switches & routes
- Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft SQL, MS, SCCM.
- Group Policy management
- Backup Technologies such as Veeam and Backup Exec
- PABX and IP Telephony technologies such as Mitel
- Server/SAN technologies
- Citrix
