Your new role

The responsibilities of the LMS (Learning Management System) Support Officer includes but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent product support to customers
  • Providing administration, maintenance, training and technical support across products
  • Assisting the Digital Developers.

Key Selection Criteria

  1. Customer support:
    1. Provide customer support to product users by: phone, email and ticket system
    2. Perform product demonstrations online
    3. Training customers in product
    4. Technical support
  2. LMS Products:
    1. System administration and maintenance
    2. Training and tech support
  3. Web development (desirable)
    1. Experience in web development: HTML5, PHP
    2. Experience working with WordPress

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Web development experience highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner with staff and stakeholders
  • Engage well in meetings and add support and knowledge at all times
  • Always work in a positive manner
