Exceptional opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and responsive Deployment Coordinator to support major roll out of new system to dealer network over a 16 week deployment with Leading Australian BANK!
As a Coordinator we are looking for someone who can facilitate the roll out of the system to the network, manage onboarding process including log-ins, supporting territory managers with information required, weekly meetings with trainers, reporting any issues ad updates to training materials etc. You will be provided with full systems training and have an opportunity to use your own creative flair in raising improvements, trends and suggestions to the framework and delivery of the roll out.
We are looking for a hands on / do-er - you will be given the tools to succeed but your ability to manage change resistance, be responsive and not reactive and manage the day to day and week to week deadlines of the project will see you flourish in this role.
Located in fabulous city offices, close to transport in a positive and professional work environment you will gain invaluable experience in this high profile 6 months contract / project.
To be considered for this position you MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience providing support in the coordinating training / BA and or project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritise and manage workload and improving existing services and processes
- Experienced in implementing, maintaining & troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience assisting customers remotely
