- 50 + calls a day
- Must have large volume Level 1 Support experience
- Start ASAP
Key responsibilities of your new role include:
- Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
- Provide 1st level support
- Follow all specific procedures as outlined by Team Leader
- Administer routine administrative functions and provide reporting as required
- Remain technically proficient across range of changing technologies
- Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
- Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff
- Roughly 50 calls a day
- Minimum 12 months proven experience in customer service / helpdesk role
- Experience in ITIL
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows XP Operating System
- Exposure to Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
- Exceptional communication skills
