About the role
We are working with one of Australia’s most recognisable companies to secure a Delivery Lead / HRIS Consultant.

You will be a key player in identifying ongoing enhancements to the existing Workday platform, gaining project sponsorship and delivery of various projects.

Essential skills and experience

What is required is a Delivery Lead with an understanding of Workday or HR Management Systems in general.

You will be a seasoned veteran that can communicate and operate at board level with CxO relationship management. Ideally a background in large scale transformation projects with a strong grounding in Human Resources and business process. You are the type of Delivery Lead that thinks three or four iterations ahead.

• Extensive experience with HR (HRIS / HCM) or transformation projects
• Experience with SAP HCM or Oracle HCM / Payroll or similar backgrounds
• Prior experience with Workday would be beneficial but not mandatory
• Proven ability to identify enhancements then gain project sponsorship
• Stakeholder engagement and buy in from “CxO” level down
• Implementation of long and short term project / enterprise strategy
• Demonstrated experience in working on both business and IT projects
• Vendor engagement and management
