Our Corporate Finance team is looking for a Finance Systems Support Officer to join the team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months with a possibility of extension. You will provide support to the Finance System team during systems development, transition and implementation for two main projects liaising with our local and regional projects teams. Other responsibilities will include monthly reporting, data maintenance and transfer.
As part of a dynamic finance team entering a period of finance system change, this role is critical to Finance and Operational system users in ensuring users are able to effectively and efficiently use the finance systems and ensure projects around the finance systems are delivered to best meet project objectives. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing Level 1 support to users of the PeopleSoft Financial Reporting system
- Working with Regional SSO teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues
- Identifying recurring issues and proactively address with support of Financial Planning and Reporting Manager
- Developing detailed requirements around the features and capacity requirements for changes to system
- Participate and assist in co-ordination of testing of PeopleSoft system enhancements
- Working closely with Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to prioritise projects and training programs
- Develop and conduct training program for existing users and new users based on "needs" gap
- Update training manuals to more user-friendly framework
- Prepare and update Quick Reference Guides based on support queries
- Manage new users security set ups
- Manage new department set ups
- Manage other system change processes
- Conduct bi-annual audit of PeopleSoft security
