We are looking for a Security Engineer to work in Sydney. This is a permanent role. You will work for a technology giant based in Sydney and help deliver projects for their enterprise clients. This is a great opportunity for your to work in an international environment and get involved in large scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues;
• Monitoring system resource utilisation, trending, and capacity planning;
• Working within established configuration and change management policies;
• Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution;
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configuration.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

We are looking for candidates who can successfully demonstrate:

• Experience in Remedy tool /incident/change management;
• Proven hands-on experience in User Privilege Management Services;
• Specific experience in Avatier tool.

Nice to have:

• ITIL v3 certification.
