Join PwC's Risk Assurance team as a Senior Consultant, specialising across Data Management & Information Security.
 
Work in our growing Digital Trust team and partner with some of Australia's leading organisations to implement governance across their Digital journey.
 
About the role
Reporting to the Digital Trust Partner, our Data Management and Information Security consultants help clients maximise the value of their information. This high performing team helps clients define their strategy for managing and protecting data, and assess and implement information security management solutions. This team works collaboratively with clients to increase trust and integrity, reduce cost and complexity, and improve operational effectiveness for their information and digital assets.
  • Enable clients to keep up with the pace of changing global regulatory requirements
  • Execute strategic programs around data management, governance and protection
  • Identify key risks and compliance issues across complex environments
As the Senior Consultant you will demonstrate thorough abilities to leverage industry standards and best practices to assess, advise, design, and implement enterprise data management capabilities including data governance, data quality, data security, and data management solutions. You will also have been responsible for program evaluation, risk assessment, controls identification and testing, Internal Audit, and/or Risk Management.
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Detailed expertise in one or more specific data management and information security disciplines
  • Experience working with complex data sets within enterprise clients
About you
The brief is simple...
 
You have 3-5 years experience in Technology Risk, or have industry experience within Data Management/Information Security and have knowledge of risk assessments of security standards and frameworks e.g. NIST 800-53, APRA PPG 234 and 235, ISO 2700 / 27002 or PCI DSS, ISM.
