We are seeking several ServiceNow Developers on a FULL TIME or PART TIME BASIS
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary applications development team across multiple projects incorporating ServiceNow.
We will also consider applicants who do not have direct ServiceNow experience, where your skills and experience demonstrate an ability to learn new applications quickly.
What will you do?
You will work on implementation of the ServiceNow platform and assist in providing ServiceNow solutions to clients. You will leverage your experience and knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions, including:
- Implementation of processes, workflow customisation, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation.
- System configurations; design and deliver technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform and assist clients with proof of concepts, design work sessions and stakeholder engagement.
Essential skills and experience:
- Supporting ServiceNow configuration and administration
- Engaging stakeholders to transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans
- Formulating testing approaches, developing test cases and deploying code in defined releases
- Using PowerShell, Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, AJAX and similar technologies to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes
- Planning, prioritising and managing workloads in an Agile development environment
- ServiceNow Development experience particularly JavaScript, AngularJS and Apache Jelly
- Proven integration experience between ServiceNow and third party tools and applications
- Proficient working with workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs and notifications
- Strong development skills to deliver products that achieve a high customer experience (easy self-service and intutive navigation)
- Solid understanding of application development life-cycle processes using Agile methodologies
- Ability to work as a team member and contribute positively to the work of the team
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Software Engineering or Computer Science
You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be considered and hold a current Security Clearance.
