Calling all Business and Support Analysts! if you have the ability to adapt and be agile in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment, we want to hear from you.
Our Mortgage and Lending client is going through its early stages of mid-size growth and has recognised the need for BA on a short term contract while the projects get off the ground. Multiple projects starting over the next 3-6 months and this will provide the opportunity to extend.
Purpose:
To identify and document business requirements and solutions as the roadmap for the business initiative. Initiatives may include a systems development component, process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development.
The successful candidate has:
- Experience in the financial services and lending sector
- Relevant Business Analysis certification/education
- Good experience across multiple technology landscapes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors
- Experience managing large stakeholder groups
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Exp deliverying high quality Business process & Technology process mapping (Visio)
- MS Office Suite - all rounder with Excel (macros, pivot tables, data cleansing etc)
Desirable:
- Experience with Nextgen.Net, IBM and/or Netsol
- Business Degree
