About the role

Help us innovate to meet the challenges of our growing cities by

• Deliver, securely operate, monitor, maintain and manage digital changes and releases ensuring quality acceptance criteria for all digital services and solutions across all sites ensuring service levels, availability, capacity and resilience
• Collaborate with all Digital Business teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on digital changes and releases, and services supporting delivery, development and continuous improvement of future foundation services.
• Work with external service providers to operate and implement the day to day maintenance and monitoring of all digital changes and releases, and services, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues and performance impacts.
• Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain digital changes and releases, and services, reports and processes.
• Manage Risks & post implementation review.

About you

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years’ experience in delivery, implementation and operation of change and release services.
• Technical expertise in technology change and release, and services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology recovery, incident, problem, monitoring, asset, lifecycle, maintenance, capacity, risk, audit, license compliance, service readiness, service management, performance and process services
• Has strong understanding of IT Practise & can focus on service transition.
• Strong experience in IT Change Management & Release management
• Be a process owner & also driving continuous improvement
• Experience using any IT Service Management tool is desirable.
