Large financial services company is looking for a talented ETL developer who is looking for high profile assignments.
Playing a critical role, you will be proven in stakeholder engagement (internal and external and be able to handle any requests from business regarding BI/Data Warehousing team. You will be someone who is familiar with meeting tight deadlines and have hands on BI development and data warehousing in your most recent positions.
Key responsibilies
- Translate business requirements into BI application designs and solutions
- Champion the adoption of data warehousing best practices to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of data needs
- Ability to work under multiple deadline driven concurrent projects with quality output
- Design, develop and implement robust and extensible data-driven ETL solutions to support key business data flows (SSIS)
- Experience working with very large data sets
- Develop audits and controls to ensure quality of data meets or exceeds defined standards and thresholds
- Familiar with Master Data Management concepts and strategies
- Quick turn problem solving for bugs and customer requests
- Coordinate with and supports system administrators, architects and developers to accomplish projects, as well as collaborate with Account Management and Business Intelligence teams
- Problem solving through new solutions, systems, applications and configurations to support continued business growth and optimization
- Serve as the champion of Business Intelligence within organization
Skills and Experience
- Min 3 + years experience using Microsoft BI Stack: SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
- Min 3 + years experience in developing ETL scripts and reporting solutions
- Proficient in SQL Server
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
