Our client is an Australian leader with a heart for purpose in the community.
 
They currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Business Project Manager with recent experience in delivering projects that are organisational focussed in nature, rather than purely IT.
 
As such, you must demonstrate the following:

• End to end project management experience on Business projects
• Business PM experience in Org Design and business strategy implementation
• Ability to work with business units to deliver on a significant change to various processes and ways of working to ensure they are ready for the change and little impacts affected as a result
• Previous experience in Financial organisations would be beneficial.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities as you drive the project to successful completion
  
• Management of resources, budget and stakeholders, and to aligned and agreed upon methodology
• Risk and Issue Management and Status reporting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications (Prince2, etc).
