What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, you will work closely with the program team to plan, facilitate and execute business change management activities ensuring that the program is supported and integrated smoothly into the business. You will:

• Manage change across the program and coordinate with the AWP Communication teams and the Learning Community.
• Align with the change management strategy and plan for the program that maximises employee adoption, and usage while minimising resistance.
• Engage with the Project Managers and program stakeholders to define project specific change plans.
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
• Support communication, engagement and facilitation efforts
• Assess the change impact and modify plans via the Program leadership team.
• Support the Business Transformation Manager in defining and delivering key artefacts to the agreed time, budget and quality.

What makes a successful Change Analyst?

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent ability to work with various business units
• Knowledge and proven application of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Proven experience in leading and managing change processes
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Superior communication, influence and relationship building skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline (desirable)
• Previous exposure to organisational change management
