About the Role
We are looking out for CRM Functional /CRM Configuration Specialist for our ICT client based in Melbourne CBD .This is 3months contract project.
Skills & Experience
To successfully deliver this project you will need:
1. Must have experience working in Dynamics 365.
2. 5 plus years proven technical project implementation experience.
3. Proven experience in Agile delivery as a business/functional Analysts.
4. Demonstrate extensive experience with documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mock ups, etc.
5. Ability to create solution prototypes.
6. Excellent verbal communication skills.
7. Requirement gathering and clarification.
8. Deliverables
9. Perform functional analyst activities related to the project, including facilitation meetings, documenting user stories and grooming product backlog, documenting minutes for sprint planning and sprint review, user stories, wireframes, screen mock ups etc.
10. Create solution prototypes.
11. Identify and document any application and business process improvements and opportunities
