About the Client and Role
Our client, a global IT consultancy, is looking for an Office 365 Support Consultant to start work on an exciting and challenging undertaking for one of their major partners. This role is a permanent position, and will be based in the partner's Melbourne CBD offices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in an application / system support or migration role
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint
- Solid analysis and troubleshooting experience
- Experience managing projects related to application and/or system migrations (desirable)
- Familiarity with Quest and/or Sharegate tools (desirable)
- Understanding of Lotus Notes (desirable)
