Seeking a Business Improvement Consultant who has strong stakeholder management skills and experience and capable of engaging at the executive level. This position will suit a consultant available to commence a new exciting and challenging role within the next 2 weeks, hence a high level of urgency.
 
This Business Improvement Consultant must bring the following skills/experience:

• Senior level end to end business improvement experience
• Marketing and communications experience is preferred, along with any experience in a similar re-org projects
• Experience in creating business case
• Business Process expertise
• Experience in Change Management - including Organisational change manager
• Outstanding stakeholder management experience, including at the executive level and across a broad range of business units in a large complex organisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Any experience in brand, marketing and comms is preferred (yet not essential)
