About the Role
The Business Analyst will work on a EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) Program.
The BA will be working alongside and supporting the Business Work Stream leads through the Solution Design process and supporting the full ERP implementation. As such we are looking for a BA who has strong experience in implementation phases of Programs, not necessarily in requirements gathering and business case submission. Additionally they will be working on BI Reports and digitalisation of forms so experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
Skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to gather, interpret and document meaningful business, functional and data requirements.
- Interpersonal skills including workshop facilitation
- Good written and oral communication skills
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in planning, implementing and documenting business processes and procedures, related tools and techniques that support the delivery of sustainable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of asset management, operations and maintenance of water and wastewater assets
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business intelligence reporting tools.
- Understanding of organisational change issues and strategies.
Some of the tasks we would like the BA to undertake in Stream 1 would include
- Data Cleansing / Alignment / Mapping activities
- Forms analysis / Dissection
- Reporting requirements ( Jasper / BI)
