Job Description

 

In this role as a Desktop Support Officer, you will provide day-to-day I.T support for internal clients and assist in the application of IT processes, whilst delivering quality and consistent customer service. In this role, your day-to-day duties will include:
 

  • Log, track and close IT service requests. 
  • Respond to client IT queries. 
  • Management of key business applications (Windows 10, Office 365). 
  • Management of mobile devices (Apple, Android and Windows handsets). 
  • Remote and desk site user support. 
  • Arrange and set up IT requirements for new starters & existing NEXTDC staff. 

 

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will have exposure to Microsoft and Mac client systems, strong troubleshooting skills and providing exceptional customer service skills. 

You will also have 3+ years in a technical customer support role and also have a degree in IT and/or similar desirable industry qualifications.
