PM-Partners are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a large Digital Transformation program for a 6 month rolling contract.
The ideal candidate will have varied experience working as a Project Manager across a range of IT or business focused projects. You will be willing to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on delivery approach to ensure deliverables are met.
To be successful in this role, you will have strengths and experience in the following:
- 7+ years Project Management experience, delivering IT or Business/IT projects
- Financial Services experience highly desirable
- Digital projects experience highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills,
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication styles to accommodate different audiences
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, plan, and execute multiple concurrent activities
- Excellent time management skills
- Cross-sector experience
- Ability to establish effective project governance and controls to deliver quality outcomes
