We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Support Officer who will possess the following experience:

Key responsibilities:
• Build, test and deploy the corporate desktop image management solution
• Package, test and deploy business software packages and updates to the end-user environment
• Execute inventory management processes of end-user hardware and software assets
• Create scripting solutions
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new hardware models
• To resolve incidents post deployment
• Logging of defects and escalation to SME on issue/s.

Essential Skills
• Excellent Microsoft Desktop Operating systems knowledge - Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Active Directory, Office365, VMware, PowerShell scripting, SCCM
• Basic networking understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Business facing
• Able to work under pressure and to a deadline
• Be able to work autonomously
