The role
Business Analyst role to support the customer management work stream for a bank IT separation and re-platform program.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with relevant parties to analyze and design full end to end processes for the proposed solution. You will lead workshops, define and make recommendations and support all project transition activities to the target platform.
Ideal candidates
- 5-10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Detailed knowledge of retail banking
- Familiar with assisted channel applications – branch / teller
- Familiar with mobile / internet banking / ATM channels
- Customer information management / branch reporting / BI / EDW
- Previous solution migration exposure
- Proven vendor engagement experience
- Good technical appreciation / systems knowledge
- Excellent business engagement skills and ability to influence
- Able to work across disparate teams and manage ambiguity
- Mature attitude and pragmatic approach
